Fire Door Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Fire Door Manager to lead and build a new department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with a strong foundation in fire doors and surveying who is ready to step up, take ownership, and shape the future of our fire door operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the fire door department, including setting up systems and processes.
Survey fire door jobs across various sites until a full in-house team is established.
Act as the technical expert on fire doors, supporting both operational and sales teams.
Provide training and mentoring to colleagues with general door knowledge, taking their surveying skills to the next level.
Collaborate with the sales team to educate them on fire door specifications and compliance.
Work closely with company leadership to align department goals with overall business strategy.
Receive admin support from the wider team to help streamline workflows and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:

Solid base knowledge of fire doors and relevant market/industry practices.
Proven experience in surveying, preferably in fire doors or related fields.
Self-starter attitude — someone hungry, ambitious, and up for a challenge.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A “doer” — ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.

Pay: £39,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
